Build the clinical therapy system your practice needs today, with the flexibility to expand tomorrow. The Chattanooga® Vectra® Neo Clinical Therapy System is a modular rehabilitation platform designed for professional physical therapy, sports medicine, chiropractic, and clinical rehab environments that need a powerful combination of electrotherapy, ultrasound, sEMG, laser, and combination therapy in one adaptable system.

Available through Balego, Vectra® Neo gives clinicians the ability to configure a tabletop or cart-based system around their treatment priorities. Start with the Vectra® Neo base unit, then add the modules and accessories that match your workflow, including Channel 1/2 stimulation, Channel 1/2 stimulation with sEMG, Channel 3/4 stimulation, ultrasound, laser, applicators, lead wires, a patient remote, a laser interrupt switch, and the Vectra® Neo therapy cart.

Professional Multimodality Therapy in One Modular Platform

The Vectra® Neo is built around a flexible plug-and-play design. Vectra® Neo allows practices to build the modality mix they need and add capabilities as clinical needs change, rather than requiring them to purchase a fixed system that may not fit every clinic.

The platform supports five slide-in module options:

  • Channel 1/2 Stimulation Module

  • Channel 1/2 Stimulation + sEMG Module

  • Channel 3/4 Stimulation Module

  • Ultrasound Module

  • Laser Module

This modular structure makes Vectra® Neo especially useful for clinics that want one professional therapy platform for multiple treatment rooms, patient profiles, and rehabilitation programs. Configure it as a tabletop unit for space-conscious environments or pair it with the optional cart for a mobile, organized workstation.

Key Benefits

Modular by Design

Vectra® Neo is designed to grow with your practice. Select only the modules you need now, then expand later with additional electrotherapy, ultrasound, sEMG, or laser capabilities.

Intuitive Touchscreen Workflow

The full-color touchscreen interface gives clinicians rapid access to electrotherapy, ultrasound, combination therapy, sEMG, laser, clinical protocol setup, custom protocols, patient data, and anatomical reference tools.

Clinical Protocol Setup™

Clinical Protocol Setup, or CPS, helps guide users through body area, indication, condition, severity, and modality selections. Protocols are intended as clinical guidelines, helping streamline setup while still allowing the practitioner to assess each patient individually.

Custom Protocols and Patient Data

Save frequently used or patient-specific treatment settings to support consistent workflows. Patient treatment information can also be exported to a USB flash drive for documentation and consultation.

Anatomical Library

The built-in anatomical library includes visual reference material designed to help clinicians locate muscle groups, explain pathology, and improve patient education during the treatment process.

Cart or Tabletop Configuration

Use the Vectra® Neo as a tabletop system with integrated handles or add the optional therapy cart for storage, mobility, and a more complete clinic workstation. The cart is height-adjustable, stable, easy to move, and includes three storage drawers.

Integrated Cable and Applicator Management

The system includes holders for ultrasound applicators, laser applicators, and leadwires, helping reduce clutter and keep accessories accessible during busy clinic days.

Available Treatment Modalities

Electrotherapy

Vectra® Neo supports a broad selection of electrotherapy waveforms for professional clinical use. Available waveform options include IFC, premodulated IFC, VMS™, VMS™ Burst, VMS™ FR, asymmetrical biphasic TENS, symmetrical biphasic TENS, microcurrent, HAN stimulation, high voltage pulsed current, direct current, and Russian stimulation.

Electrotherapy functions are designed for use by qualified practitioners and should be applied according to the device instructions, patient condition, and professional clinical judgment.

sEMG and Stimulation

The Channel 1/2 Stimulation + sEMG Module supports EMG-triggered stimulation and EMG-based assessment workflows. Clinicians can use sEMG to evaluate muscle activation timing, coordinate muscle activation, and support muscle re-education programs.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

With the ultrasound module and compatible applicator, Vectra® Neo provides 1 MHz and 3.3 MHz ultrasound output, multiple duty cycles, and treatment times from 1 to 30 minutes. The system supports multiple sound head sizes so clinicians can match the applicator to the treatment area.

Available ultrasound applicators include:

Applicator Model Number Typical Use
1 cm² Sound Head Applicator 27333 Small, targeted treatment areas
2 cm² Sound Head Applicator 27334 Focused ultrasound applications
5 cm² Sound Head Applicator 27335 General clinical ultrasound use
10 cm² Sound Head Applicator 27336 Larger treatment areas

The Vectra® Neo ultrasound system also includes a head-warming feature designed to improve patient comfort during setup.

Combination Therapy

Vectra® Neo combination therapy allows ultrasound to be used with selected electrical stimulation waveforms. This gives clinicians a convenient way to combine ultrasound and stimulation within one treatment session when clinically appropriate.

Laser Therapy

With the optional laser module and compatible applicators, Vectra® Neo supports output from Class 3B lasers. Laser parameters depend on the selected applicator, with available wavelengths and output levels varying by laser probe or cluster applicator. Laser use requires appropriate training, safety precautions, and protective eyewear.

Clinical Workflow Features

Home Screen Access

The Vectra® Neo home screen is designed to make daily operation efficient. From the main interface, clinicians can access electrotherapy, ultrasound, combo therapy, sEMG, laser, clinical protocol setup, custom protocols, patient data, and the anatomical library.

CPS guides the clinician through a structured setup process. Users select the treatment area, indication, condition, severity, and desired modality. Suggested protocols are intended to support workflow efficiency and should be evaluated for each patient before use.

Custom Treatment Programs

Clinicians can adjust treatment parameters and save frequently used settings. This is especially useful for clinics that want repeatable treatment workflows across providers, patient types, or common protocols.

Treatment Summary and USB Export

After a treatment session, the system can display a treatment summary with options to save therapy information, repeat the treatment, or save a protocol. USB export supports patient documentation and clinic recordkeeping workflows.

Anatomical and Electrode Placement Guidance

The anatomical library and electrode placement guide help clinicians visualize anatomy, pathology, and common electrode placement references, which improves workflow consistency and patient communication.

Customer Reviews (4.8 / 5 · 5 reviews)

Chloe ★★★★★

I was worried about setup, but the modular platform clicked together in under an hour and the sEMG readings are crisp on the touchscreen. The ultrasound handpiece feels solid, and being able to add laser later without buying a new unit seals it for me.

Andrew Z. ★★★★★

The modular design let me start with just ultrasound and add laser later without buying a whole new unit—that flexibility alone made the investment worth it. Setup was straightforward and the sEMG feedback has been incredibly precise during rehab sessions.

James ★★★★★

The modular design is a lifesaver for a growing clinic—I started with just the electrotherapy unit and added the ultrasound channel later without any hassle. The interface is intuitive enough that my new grad assistant figured it out in one session, and the sEMG feedback has been a game-changer for
